Shellane Crisostomo

Shellane graduated from Touro College of Health Sciences in New York, where she was awarded a master of public health degree in addition to her clinical degree. Her other education includes a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Following her training, Shellane practiced in psychiatry at Queens Hospital and Bellevue Hospital in New York. In 2008, she was selected by NHS Lanarkshire to help introduce the Physician Associate profession to the UK, where she worked in general practice. Shellane is also a clinical lecturer at St George’s University of London. Shellane has a strong interest in providing evidence-based, compassionate care to her patients .
